Medical Services
- Payments for completed medical consultations, evaluations, treatments, procedures, and telehealth visits are generally non-refundable once services have been rendered.
- If a technical issue on our end prevents completion of a telehealth appointment, the appointment may be rescheduled at no additional cost or a refund may be issued at management's discretion.
Cancellations
- Patients may cancel appointments at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without penalty.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Billing Errors
- If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact our office within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and correct any verified billing errors promptly.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the patient's financial institution.
